This Day in Wells Fargo HistoryMarch 30, 1884

The Daily Morning Astorian at Astoria, Oregon, reported that Wells Fargo was among 38 subscribers to that city’s new telephone system. Its phone number was 4, the same as Van Dusen & Co., Wells Fargo’s agents in Astoria.
